Do I have to upload my photos anywhere?
No. Your photos stay in your Google Drive folder. Facely reads the folder you share, builds a face index, and links guests back to your Drive files at full quality.
What happens to guest selfies?
A selfie is used once, to search that event's photos, and is deleted immediately after the search. It is never stored or reused.
How many photos can one event have?
Up to 10,000 photos per event under fair use — enough for even the biggest multi-day weddings. Have a larger archive? Write to us and we'll set up a custom event.
Do you have monthly or yearly plans?
Yes. Monthly is ₹1,799 for 30,000 photos over 30 days, Quarterly is ₹4,499 for 1,00,000 photos over 90 days, and Yearly is ₹13,999 for 4,00,000 photos over a year. Plans are prepaid and don't renew automatically. Create as many events as you like from your dashboard; each event's photos count against the plan when it is indexed.
How long does indexing take?
About 2–5 seconds per photo, depending on how many faces are in each, so a 1,000-photo wedding takes roughly 40–80 minutes. Guests can start searching within minutes, while the rest is still indexing. You'll get an email with your QR card when it finishes; nothing to babysit.
How accurate is the matching?
Facely uses a modern face-recognition model and only shows a photo when the face is a strong match, so a guest's own photos score well clear of strangers'. Group shots and close-up selfies are handled. Very small faces in big crowd shots, strong side profiles and covered faces can be missed. If something's missing, a clear, front-facing selfie in good light usually finds it.
How long do guests have access?
The event stays searchable for 60 days — plenty of time for every relative to find their photos. You stay in control: from your dashboard you can pause guest access at any time (say, until the client pays) and resume it, or delete the event for good, which removes its face data immediately. Your originals in Drive are untouched, forever yours.
Can guests see my studio's name and Instagram?
Yes. When you create the event, add your studio name, logo, Instagram, website and WhatsApp number. They appear on the printable QR card and on every guest's photo page, with a small "Powered by Facely" note. Your event page shows how many guests tapped through to your Instagram, website and WhatsApp.
