Event photo sharing for corporate events, conferences and college fests
At a conference or a college fest, hundreds of people appear in thousands of photos, and almost all of them only want the few they're in. Instead of posting one giant album, let each attendee take a selfie and get their own photos.
Where face-search delivery works best
- Corporate offsites and annual days: employees get their team and award photos without HR forwarding albums around.
- Conferences and summits: speakers and attendees find their stage and networking photos, often the same evening.
- College fests and convocations: students get their photos from every event of the fest from one link.
- School annual days and sports days: parents find their child's photos without scrolling through the whole school.
- Runs, rides and community events where every participant wants their own shots.
How it works
- The photographer (or your team) puts the event photos in a Google Drive folder set to "Anyone with the link can view".
- Create the event on Facely with that link. You can add the photography studio's or organiser's name, logo, Instagram and website. It costs ₹999 per event.
- Indexing runs in the background at about 2–5 seconds a photo, and attendees can start searching within minutes.
- Share the QR code on the closing slide, at the registration desk, on lanyards or in the follow-up email. Attendees scan it, take a selfie, and see every photo they're in.
Tips for better matches at events
- Shoot faces, not just stages: people far away in wide hall shots are small in the frame and harder to match than people in candid or group shots.
- Encourage a clear selfie: front-facing, good light, no sunglasses. That's the single biggest factor in finding everything.
- Share the link again a day later: searches cover whatever has been indexed, so later searches can show more photos.
Why organisers like it
- No app and no accounts for attendees: scan, selfie, done.
- Privacy by default: each attendee is shown the photos they're in rather than the whole album, and selfies are deleted right after the search.
- Nothing to re-upload: photos stay in your Google Drive; attendees open and download them at full quality from there.
- Up to 10,000 photos per event, unlimited attendees and searches, searchable for 60 days.
Common questions
Can attendees download all their photos at once?
Yes. They can save single photos or download everything they appear in as a zip (large sets come in parts of 150 photos).
Does it work for a multi-day event?
Yes. Use subfolders per day inside one Drive folder; one event covers up to 10,000 photos.
